I've used the SE's to find Bad Man's site, but have visited it often. It is a good site with a ton of information on cichlids, and is updated regularly.

In this commentary, he discusses the African cichlids, and gives specific info on the care of each fish.

I'm going to visit my breeder in Indiana in a week or two, and will post some pix of our hatchery. Come back and visit often, and check out Bad Man's site. There is much to offer there...

My breeder, Nick Lockhart of Cichlids For Dummies has done very well with raising cichlids, his first love. Although we now concentrate on discus, he has some of the best looking marble koi angelfish I have ever seen. He seems to have what I call a "wet thumb" (as opposed to a green one) and every fish he touches is a real producer.
